    Clearance Commission calling for effective effort to resolve the traffic congestion on the road to the port











    The customs brokers Committee in the East Chamber discussed among other themes related to the transportation to and from the King Abdul Aziz port in Dammam, which is from the point of view of its members an obstacle to the process of customs clearance, and is a fundamental obstacle to the speedy movement of commercial activity. The Chairman of the Committee, Walid alghithar who chaired the meeting held recently said that there is frequent traffic facing workers in various areas of trade through the port, caused by accumulation of trucks, leading to numerous traffic violations and to delay the shipment and delivery of goods, what makes this problem needs to be a viable solution. Alghithar said that the traffic congestion seen at the King Abdul Aziz Port Road will be one of the items on the dialogue with officials in the management of traffic in the eastern region, and we hope to come up with a solution to this problem, with direct effects on business activity in the region.
